An AKC puppy from PJ’s Home & Heart Kennel
This puppy is being sold as a companion dog with limited AKC registration. It is to be spayed/neutered before the age of 2 years old but not prior to 18 months of age.

The buyer understands that large dogs need to be under control at all times, must be well socialized and have good canine manners. Training is strongly advised.
This puppy is guaranteed to be free of disease (internal, external parasites, umbilical hernia, & cryptorchidism excluded) at time of transfer to new owner. It is the new owner’s responsibility to have said puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 days of pick up. If this puppy is found to be ill with a debilitating or potentially life threatening condition by a licensed veterinarian, it may be returned for an exchange (puppy of same breed, sex, and value) if one is available. If an exchange puppy is not available immediately, the buyer will receive a puppy of equal value from the next available litter. This is contingent upon the return of the ill puppy within 24 hours (1 week if out of state) of veterinarian’s examination. Accompanying the puppy/dog must be a written statement explaining exactly what the illness is and that it could only have been acquired while in the care of the breeder. Breeder is not responsible for any charges or expenses, including but not limited to, veterinarian fees, travel, food, misc. expenses, etc..
1 year genetic guarantee: If puppy is completely disabled or looses its life due to a congenital disorder prior to the age of 1 year, an exchange puppy of equal value will be offered out of the next available litter. A full report from a licensed veterinary, stating that the problem could only be congenital, must accompany the pup when being returned. We reserve the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice before exchange. If said pup has lost its life, a death certificate and autopsy report stating death could only have been caused by a congenital problem, are required. All expenses incurred, including veterinary fees, travel or shipping of both returned puppy as well as replacement puppy, are the responsibility of new owner. Breeder is not responsible for any fees incurred in determination and, or exchange.
At no time will there be any monetary reimbursement from the breeder.
If court action is initiated for any reason, it is to take place in the county of the breeder, & the buyer is responsible for any attorney fees, court costs, and other expenses incurred by breeder.
There are no other guarantees or promises either written or implied. This guarantee is non transferable.
This puppy is not being sold for breeding purposes.
This puppy's size, color, bite, etc., are not guaranteed.
The buyer's signature indicates that he/she has reviewed and discussed this contract with the breeder prior to receiving said puppy and is in full agreement and approval of the above terms and conditions.
